  3. April says:

We will return for the second half of Days of our Lives in a moment. That is not how it was said. It was “We will return for the second half of Days of our Lives in just a moment”. Just so you know if it is trivia.

  4. Bobbi Jones says:

I have been watching Days since I was a small child. I took an even greater interest in the show with the addition of Bo & Hope in the 80′s…I love the characters, story lines and causes. I really hate to see Peter Reckell leave (again). I have an autographed picture of him tucked into my dresser mirror…lol! I will probably never stop watching the show, but I will surely miss him! This soap should win alot more awards than they do…very underrated! Continue on DOOL! I will always be a dedicated fan!

  5. SHIRLEY says:

I started watching DOOLS when i was 14 with my grandmother. I am now 61 and don’t miss a day if iI can help it. DOOLs is the only soap i watch now. DOOLs always and forever. By the way, where is Peter Reckell going and why? I sure Hope not the Ciara dessert. I hate that Jack is gone again too, this time for good?

    • Diane says:

I started watching during the summer with my mom at age 9. She and my grandma, and great-grandma watched it. It is also the only soap I watch now, and I will watch it as long as it is on, or as long as I live – whichever comes first. :) I also hate that Jack is gone for good. Matt was one of my all time favorite actors from the show. Really unhappy about that!

  6. Robin McDuffee says:

On a recent ( August 2012) show there was a post of birthdate and death date of 2012 with a name and in memory of at the end of the show. i dont remember the name and cant figure out who that person was. Does anyone know who recently may have passed from the days of our lives cast?

The writers need to let Sammy and Rafe get back together and E.J. Move on, maybe a real shocker move on with Jennifer Horton?? Wouldn’t that be fun??

  11. carol h says:

Please get rid of the gay guys. We don’t need this shoved down our throats. It makes me sick.

    • Lynn C says:

I agree, I DVR the show just so I can fast forward through them!
Also, one time they had Doug sing a song for Julie saying it was “their song”. Their song was “The Most Beautiful Girl in the World”. I think I am right, but don’t know for sure. Have watched the show since the first day, so I’ve seen a lot of shows. LOL

    • Kay P says:

I agree with Carol…enough with Will and Sonny…yuk!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  14. Terry says:

I’ve been watching DOOL for 35 years now – its the only soap opera that I follow. I simply love the fact that they work real life situations into their storyline.
Really don’t want Peter Reckel to leave. He’s the best Bo ever !

  15. kitty isley says:

Been watching for a couple of years. I like the fact the writers don’t keep the stories dragging on and on. Makes you want to continue to watch each day to see what is going to happen next in Salem. Must say I do enjoy this soap more than others I have watched in the past. Thanks for an hour of fun.

  16. Donna says:

I would like to see Kate with all dark hair and knee hi skirts, she is suppose to be a business women, not still a hooker.Loose the ruffles and scarf skirts please. She is in her 50s and dresses like a 14 year old. I don’t like it!!!!! thats my opinion.
I just Love Sammie Brady she is perfect!

  17. Donna says:

Please dress Kate like a 50 year old business women. She looks like a 20 year old hooker. Dye her ugly blue hair to mach the rest of ot and loose the ruffles and teen clothes.she has a daughter 40 years old, lets age Kate!!!!!
I Love Sammie Brady, she is perfection, best of show!

  18. Donna says:

Please dye Kates hair dark and loose the 13 year old blue. She has kids 40 years old, she needs to look like it and she is not a hooker anymore. Dress her as business women. Please loose the lace and ruffle on her!!!!!
Sammie Brady is perfection, best of show.

  19. Mary says:

I am not sure Susan Seaforth Hayes is an original cast member. The original “Julie” was not Susan Seaforth Hayes.

  20. Jane says:

I’ve watched Days since it began. I now find the gay segments offensive. I have many gay friends, but they do not flaunt their relationships when I am with them, and I do not appreciate having to watch there antics on TV. Come on Days, let’s get back to your great story lines. I’m not a prude, but rather a 72 year old Mother and Grandmother with my family all being adults now.

    • rachel says:

Does it offend you when straight people flaunt their relationships in front of you? I’m straight & it doesn’t bother me to see anyone show their feelings for another person. Just curious…

  21. martha says:

Really? I have watched days since 1978. If I can’t watch it, I tape it. The gay story line makes me sick!! Its ok if you have gays in the story, but to see them rolling around in bed and carrying on is taking it too far. Please tone it down some!!

    • Lynette says:

you like to watch other couples roll aroud don’t you? No different, just guys. I bet if it was girls you wouldn’t have said anything.

    • rachel says:

But you like watching the straight people rolling around in bed together, or on couches, or floors??? I’m not gay, but have many gay friends. I am beyond thrilled w/ the gay story line, it’s beautiful & well done. Plus when Sonny & Will hit the sack for the first time it really didn’t show anything. They show MUCH MUCH MORE when it’s Sami & EJ, Nicole & EJ, Sami & Rafe, Nicole & Daniel, Will & Gabi, or Marlena & John. Marlena & John is gross! If the gay stuff makes you sick then don’t watch it, it’s that simple.

  22. Debbie says:

How can I get the episodes of just the ones that have just tom and Alice in them

  23. Lynette says:

I’d like to see Hope’s Brother appear in the show somehow. Especially since she dosen’t know she has one. a german accent, maybe a singer, since doug and rober (sp) sang. could be interesting. Keep the Gay, people need to move into the present and learn to live with it. And yes Kate does need to move into her 60′s. been watching a long long time and will continue. Just wish NBC wouldn’t interupt for sports and other things. make a special channel for those things!

  24. rachel says:

Love Days!! Been watching for years. I love realness of the show, they deal w/ real issues (other than ppl never really dying & never really paying for their crimes lol). Love the gay storyline!!! Chandler Massey & Freddie Smith are doing an amazing job w/ their roles. Can’t wait to see how the baby drama unfolds with Will & Gabi!! Keep up the good work Days!!

  25. bonnie says:

I love Days, watched with my Mom, always watched, I am 64, I was a little leery to see the gay scenes, until it happen and it is beautifully put together, helps you understand how the same sex do find love together, the love scenes years ago with Doug and Julie were very sexy, much more then today!!

  26. Daneen Hamm says:

I have always loved “Days of our Lives”. I couldn’t help but laugh when Sami & Kate was working together to get rid of Nick. Sami breaking a nail and Kate popping breath mints and then there was Gabi flipping out!!! I thought this was hilarious!!! But, I am so sick of sappy Jennifer!!! I wish she would quit being such a wuss!!!!
